This is a great product if you can guarantee it authenticity. I'm a stylist and have been using this shampoo for over ten years. I bought it once before from Amazon and it was great. This time, not great. I contacted Amazon and the operator didn't understand the word 'counterfeit'. I don't think they train them for that in the call center. Anyway, I love Amazon and I love this shampoo. Right now, I'm frustrated by the former and I guess 'you get what you pay for'. I should buy directly from Kerastase now because I'm out $40+.
